| Colleen Chamberlain RN CRNFA has 22 years of nursing experience in hospital based and satellite surgical facilities as scrub nurse and a RN first assistant, wellness coordinator in a medical practice, as well as Case Management for Workers' Compensation and rehabilitation cases. She has been an asset to our organization in providing focused care for ortho-neuro, head injury, repetitive trauma, emergency trauma, catastrophic, and surgical oriented case management.
