| Linda B. Pugliese RN BS CCM has 26 years of nursing experience in orthopedics, neurology, home health, long term care, oncology and rehabilitation. She has practiced as a case manager for the past 10 years in the areas of rehabilitation, workers' compensation, catastrophic, Jones Act, and legal file review. Her areas of expertise are electric shock injuries, repetitive trauma, emergency trauma, file review, and utilization review. She services IL and IN. Ms Pugliese founded Paradigm Healthcare Consultants, Inc in 1997 in Illinois and over the past 6 years has opened practice in IN, KY, AL, MO, NY, and IA She is a member of The Worker's Compensation Claims Association, Rehabilitation Insurance Nurses Group, Case Management Society of America and IL Chapter. She also serves as an advisor of two community healthcare provider agencies.
