About US

Paradigm Healthcare Consultants, Inc. (PHCI) was established in 1997 with the idea Medical Case Management could be a tool that worked for everyone. The concept was as true then as it is today. Technology may have changed but the human elements remain constant. Cause and effect of injury on the body is just as delicate. Claim expense and the value of the injured employee’s return to productive employment remain just as high. We maintain a dedicated focus to facilitate and coordinate the path to help attain the goal.

Team Approach

As a team member we support the synergy and effectiveness of the team, as it remains the best indicator of positive outcomes. The cost of healthcare, effects on the workplace, alterations in the lifestyle of your injured employee, confusing elements of Worker’s Compensation requires team commitment and open communication. The team includes the injured employee, employer, claims manager, medical care providers, legal representatives. Each member comes to the table with varying perspectives and expertise. PHCI recognizes each case individually. Every employer and institution have a culture. PHCI is committed to support diverse needs while meeting ethical standards of practice.

Values

Our experience, ingenuity, compassion, dedication, and knowledge formulate a dynamic force. Paradigm Healthcare Consultants, Inc. clients benefit from such principled commitment.

SERVICES

What We Offer

Medical Case management

Case management begins the moment of the injury. You begin that process. PHCI is ready to add a medical focused dimension and expertise to promote the process. PHCI conducts an assessment and identifies specific needs, co-morbidities and potential variances which require unique advocacy. We provide field and telephonic case management.

Early Intervention Management

Early medical review and interventions by PHCI helps identify nature and extent of injury by obtaining expedient medical provider input. Early intervention identifies appropriate interventions to optimize outcomes. PHCI assists in reducing potential complications, lost time, and promotes employee satisfaction.

Emergency Trauma Management

Immediate response and intervention have a dramatic effect on incident outcomes. A PHCI nurse skilled in managing urgent trauma needs is available to respond. If required, an Emergency/Hospital visit is made at the time of injury to represent you, support family and medical team and initiate the needs of the injured employee. We assist in obtaining immediate information you need to establish your claim process.

If all of the case managers were as diligent and empathetic as (Paradigm nurses) are, I would strongly consider changing my policy to never allow this type of intervention. You can rest assured that I will always suggest your involvement in any of my claims.

Originally, I used PHC because I liked the way Linda managed the cases she was assigned. Today, I continue the service because the good management continues. Our employees have confidence that we provide the best care available in order to get them back to work - PHC facilitates that care.
